Linda Glew will lead the meeting with a discussion on stress and anxiety, it’s effects and how we manage it all. Self care is so important when coping with a loved one in addiction and also at this time of year.

 Alcohol and Drug Helpline Services Directory a national directory provided by Homecare Medical.  The Alcohol and Drug Helpline provides confidential support if you want to talk about your own or someone else's drug use.  

 

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren A charitable trust supporting grandparents and whanau kin carers who have children in their full time care.
